I ordered products in Feb. ,first on credit. I was notified I needed to send 50% down first. I sent a check for 100%. After calling to question delivery,I was told it would be 15-25 days for check clearance. After 25 days,I called to question delivery and was told the problem got held up in the credit dept. After clearing that problem,I was told the check hadn't cleared. I sent proof that my check had cleared my bank long before and was told to call back after a few days to see if it cleared their records. I cancelled the order and requested refund. I called back awhile later to find out why I hadn't received my refund and was told there was no record of the transaction. I told them order numbers,dates,names of staff I spoke with,etc. I was told I would receive my refund check. Thant was 7 dasys ago. Yes,no refund. Transaction now 2 months old. 245. RIPOFF!!!
