SewAdorableToo Never created the custom item I paid her for. Elizabethtown Kentucky

Asked seller if she could create a dress by a certain date. She said yes and I paid her immediately. Sewadorabletoo stopped returning my messages the entire week prior to my event and ignored my request to send the item overnight (at my expense) which was later blamed on her daughter's VBS schedule. 

She finally responded on the night before the dress had to be in my possession stating that she had shipped it priority the day before. I panicked because I knew that there was a great likelihood that the dress would not arrive. I hoped for the best and requested the tracking information for that package she had already sent. She ignored this request. 

As expected, the dress did not arrive the next day. I again asked for tracking information and was answered that night with a tracking number that she claimed was attached to the package. The tracking number was fabricated by Jennifer Thrasher. She had never sent my item. 

i attempted to work this out with the seller though that proved unsuccessful. I left her unsatisfactory feedback on the etsy site because she did not deliver on her promises and I was without the item I paid for! She told me I could have a refund IF removed my bad feedback. Bribery! I refused. 

Sewadorabletoo told PayPal that the claim I filed is invalid because Paypal does not protect buyers when they purchase custom items. I am left with no recourse and feel like a victim of this woman's sneaky business practices. 

Sewadorabletoo has my money and my dress and does not plan to part with either for spite. I am disgusted and feel the need to warn buyers about this shop.
