Bought a custom pair of doggy pajamas from Sewing Symposium through Etsy.

I sent them eight measuremnts from my dog so it would fit corrrectly.

Received the pajamas and they were very oversized.  So much so that they were unusable because the dog would have urinated in them every time.  In addition, the back legs of the jammies were about 4 inches too long.

I contacted the shop owner by e mail and sent her pictures.  She agreed they were oversized and said to send them back to her and she would fix.  I didn't have her address as the envelope had been thrown out.

When I asked for her address, all contact stopped.  I e mailed her two more times.  Nothing.

I cannot find any information on the internet such as address, phone number, nothing.

I have filed a claim with my Credit Union to have the charges of $62.99 reversed.
