We gave Seymore Kern $25,000 of our hard earned money for a real estate trust, he fraudulently kept that money and sold the properties we had a contract of shared equity but he never provided us with our portion of equity, sold the houses and left the country. We met with law enforcement and provided a large amount of documentation about him, but they were never able to locate him for prosecution. We know from experience, that lawsuits are very expensive and should we ever find someone to take our case, the fees would exceed the damages, let alone the emotional damage of this horrible process.
