Well sadly it appears that my wife and I are the latest victims of this ongoing scam. We ordered the trial subscriptions of Total Cleanse and Acai Berry and after reading the Order Summary began to attempt to contact this SHAM company to cancel our subscription or trial with ZERO success. We live in Alaska and even adjusting for the 4 time zones difference we have been unable to even reach this sleeze bag company. As an after thought I looked them up on the Southern Florida Better Business Bureau and found that they customer rating was a resounding "F". I wish that we would have checked them out before ordering.
I have filed a formal compliant with the Southern Florida Better Business Bureau in hopes of expediting our cancellation. My wife and I are watching our credit card activity daily and if another charge is placed against our card we are going to notify the bank that it's a fradulent charge. We will then begin the process of attempting to contact SFL Nutrition Inc. for a complete refund.
The GOOGLE search of these scum bums has disclosed that the because of all the complaints the Florida Attorney General has instituted a criminal fraud investigation of them. All that i can say to this is YAAAA!
PLEASE, don't get sucked into this bottomless pit by this very shady company.

I had no problem getting through and canceling.
Unlike most reports here has shown, I myself had no problem getting a live person to cancel after getting the free sample bottle (paid shipping). This was back at the end of December.
I got a followup email with the cancelation confirmation and haven't heard back from them at all. Besides the initial shipping charge there has been no charges to my account. Hmmmm.. go figure ! Lucky?
