I ordered a free sample of AcaiBerry, I agreed to pay the shipping fee of $5.95. I received my order. I received a email notice that my next order of AcaiBerry was being processed for shipping, so I called and spoke online to cancel the order. I was assured by both parties that my order would be cancelled.
The next day I received another email stating my order had been shipped. 2 days later I received the AcaiBerry. I spoke online with someone and was told I could return the order and receive a refund after paying a 30% restocking fee. They told me they were sorry, but that's all they could do.
I called AcaiBerry and was told my credit card would be credited $94.57. The credit never showed up and now I am in the process of contacting my credit card company. How in the world can companies steal from people like this. I can't believe they can get by with this.
