ESTIMATOR WAS SCHEDULED TO SHOW UP ON FIDAY 2/3/2018 BETWEEN 1-5 PER LANDLORD.
LANDLORD ADVISED SHE WOULD BE PAYING FOR REPAIR AND HAD ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM OUR SECURITY DEOPIST AS RENTAERS OF THE PROPERTY THE MONEY FOR THE REPAIR TO BE COMPLETE. THEN REQUESTED THE ESTIMATE FROM SGD SOUTH GARAGE DOORS WHO CAME OUT AND PROVIDED ESTIMATE.
CONTRACTOR SHOWED UP FORLLOWING DAY SAT 1PM. INSTEAD OF FRIDAY BETWEEN 1-5PM AS LANDLORD HAD SCHEDULED.
CONRACTOR WAS NOT WEARING A COMPANY UNIFORM AND WAS A LITTLE UNPROFESSIONAL. BUT GOT THE ESTIMATE COMPLETE (ATTACHED).
LANDLORD HAS REFUSED TO PAY SGD FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETE. SO WHEN I CALL SGD SOUTHWOOD GARAGE DOORS AND ASK ABOUT STATUS OF REPAIR SHE IS VERY RUDE.
I JUST FEEL TO BE RUDE TO US OVER THE PHONE WHEN IT'S NOT OUR FAULT SHE HIRED YOU AND DID'T WANT TO PAY FOR COMPLETE REPAIR IS A LITTLE UNFAIR TO ME. JUST CAUSE I CALL TO FOLLOW UP.
BAD CUSTOMER OR SHOULD I SAY BAD 'POTENTIAL CUSTOMER' SERVICE.
