After using this bank for more than 15 years for both, personal and business needs, and when managers knew us and who we are started acting real funy and weard.  Professional level at minimum, acting toward our business issues was very slow, and no respect or what so ever from the branch manager neither some of his staff.  When we filed a complain about that branch's manager to the corp. office and listed some incedents, we received a letter that the bank has to close our business accounts and there was no discussion about that.   The bank gave our business 30 days to go some where else.  That was so costy and time consuming for the business, and unjustified by the bank.  

  The funny part, after we file the complain, and same day we got a call from the branch manager asking us "why did you file a complain about me to the corporate office?".  I asked how did you know, he said I received an e-mail from the person that you spoke to.  What type of business is that? what type of security level is that?  Please be careful before you initiate any financial relationship with that bank, and watch out before you submitt any complain that it will be flipp against you.  I never experienced this poor level of unprofessionalism or bad experience from any business within any industry.
