Shady Harbor Marina Donovan's Shady Harbor Marina Neglected to perform due diligence for vessels on premises. New Baltimore, New York

Shady Harbor Marina has failed to properly perform due diligence for vessels under their care after taking the Marina over from another owner who went bankrupt. They claim they had no "contact" information of existing clients, which is in my opinion...quite unlikely. As a result of this "lack of knowledge"...when vessels were taken from indoor storage, one of them was "left outside" with the bow sloped down, resulting in major interior damage to the forward berth. How can the staff, who is the same staff as the previous owners employed, not know who owned this vessel, and how can the owners say such a thing with large NY registration numbers on the hull? It's a finger pointing game to avoid liability for these damages, with the new owners blaming the previous owners for the damages. Save your time and money and avoid this Marina.
