After a volunteer service project I supported on the eve of Fri, April 9, 2010, I stopped off at an OSU campus area convenient store. I went around the corner from the store for a few minutes, and then went into the store who's lot I parked in to purchase a soda. In less than 5 minutes, Shamrock towing had stolen my car and charged me $138 to retrieve it. 



Upon reentering the store to ask if they had called to have me towed, 2 employees confirmed they had not seen the driver in the hour. This means that Shamrock towing drivers are stalking patrons, waiting for the second they turn their back or delay just long enough to steal someone's car.The sign in the lot said they charged $102 to retrieve it, but it was way more than that.



So Shamrock towing, while some of us are trying to make our community a better place for everyone, you are trying to get rich by extorting people out of their money by stealing their cars when someone moves outside the tiniest letter of the law.



You are a family owned business, but you are a family of criminals, you creepily stalk patrons like vultures, you are thieves and liars. Your business practices are deplorable as you steal from good citizens. I hope you one day get to experience what it's like to be taken advantage of. You are disgusting, evil people.

Shamrock Towing, Inc. These people lied to me and my mother 3 times and personally insulted me in order to keep the upper hand and get my money regardless of the correct protocol I followed in order to peacefully get my truck truck unstuck without being in anyone's way. Westerville Ohio
