Shane Morgan/ Carlson Construction Scam Artist/Fraud/Theft of Pay Roll/Stealing of Payroll of Employees Frederick Maryland

I was hired by this guy to spray paint and keep the sprayer going for up to 60 hours a week. He promised $18-$20 an hour. It was at the new Wal-Mart in Frederick, MD. I worked 23.5 hours for the guy (Busted by a*s for his crew). He had a right hand man named James who was scamming the Foreman (Shane Morgan) yet Shane Morgan aloud James to keep leading the crew. Every word Shane said- James told the crew to do something else. The Superintendent told the crew to told something else which led to additional problems; Shane Morgan said to ignore the Superintendent and follow his lead only. Obviously this was the most dis-organized operation I have ever seen. James keep telling people he did not like they were going to get fired so you might as well walk off the job. So I left after being told I was going to get fired if I could not keep on my hands and knees for 10 hours straight on concrete cleaning dried paint off the floor.
I was never paid what I was promised. When I contacted Shane Morgan he told me to "oh well-suit me and prove it"
