Sent $2,475 Dollars to Ningbo Commerce Bank, Shanghai, From there to Shanghai Power Vehicle, For one 1300cc Buggy! on 11/17/14 Kevin in sales said they sent my Buggy and would be recieving it soon! Still waiting for said Buggy! Kevin in sales has not returned my emails in over 3 Weeks! I was supposed to send remainder of Money when received! Never got my Buggy, Never heard back! No Email, No word ! Dont deal with these People ! There Customer Service and Sales Suck! No way to contact the Bank! Thus well over a Month and still No Word!!!! If i ever Get This Buggy i would be surprised!!!! Dont get Shanghaied like i did! Steer Clear of these Guy's ( Chineseatv.net )
