NOW REFUSES TO SPEAK WITH ME! I WANT MY WAGES! SECURUS CONTRACTOR MMC GROUP THREATENING TO KEEP A LARGE PORTION OF MY WAGES! SHANNON SMITH, CHRIS MITCHELL & COMPANY, MIR MITCHELL & COMPANY I NEED ALL OF MY EARNINGS! I HAVE A FAMILY TO FEED! I FEEL I'M BEING ROBBED! Dallas Texas

IT'S PRETTY IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A MANAGER OR EXECUTIVE AT SECURUS TECHNOLOGIES TO ADVISE THEM MMC GROUP, THEIR CONTRACTOR, HR NAMED STEVE HAS ADVISED ME MMC GROUP WILL BE KEEPING A LARGE PORTION OF MY WAGES!
I HAVE A FAMILY TO FEED. MMC GROUP HAS BEEN IGNORING ALL OF MY EMAILS AND CALLS! MMC GROUP HAS BEEN SUED FOR NON PAYMENT OF WAGES IN A FEDERAL COURT IN TEXAS! I CONTACTED SECURUS AT 972-277-0300 AND SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR AND I REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID NO. SHE THEN LIED" AND TOLD ME SHE WOULD SEND NE TO A BUILDING MANAGER AND SENT ME DIRECTLY TO HR WHO MANNS THE PHONES LIKE BULLDOGS NOT LETTING ANY CALLS GET THROUGH!
I SPOKE TO SHANNON SANFORD WHO WAS RUDE AND HOSTILE FROM THE START AND SHE CONTINUOUSLY SPOKE OVER ME. I BEGGED HER COULD I SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED. I ASKED FOR AN EXECUTIVE AND SHE REFUSED. SHE THEN SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN WHILE I WAS STILL SPEAKING!
NOW SHE REFUSES TO ANSWER MY CALLS!
ALL I WANT IS MMC GROUP TO PAY ME MY FULL WAGE!!
SHAME ON SECURUS FOR STANDING BY WHILE MMC GROUP RIPS OFF HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES!
