This purpose of this posting is to forewarn companies considering entering into business relations with Shanti Shanti band and Andrea Forman of the credit risks involved.
As sustained by the order of the Fairfax County Circuit Court:
1/ Shanti Shanti band and Andrea Forman entered into Agreement with Publicity Guaranteed, a PR agency which specializes in delivering guaranteed publicity on no-retainer, pay-for-results-only basis.
2/ Following the request of Shanti Shanti band and Andrea Forman and relying on their promise to pay for the publicity delivered, Publicity Guaranteed generated for them positive media coverage.
3/ Shanti Shanti band and Andrea Forman failed to pay to Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed, committing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
We believe that Shanti Shanti band and Andrea Forman committed theft of services and advise other service providers to exercise caution when dealing with them.
