I met with Jon Lake at his office in Santa Clara August 7th 2014. The office is a ergonomic chair company he uses as a front for his credit BS business. He promised a CPN number with 6 tradelines in 60 days and then would apply for 50-80k from local credit unions to get lines of credit and credit cards. I waited the 60 days, and called him. He told me, thier backed up on files and there arent enought tradelines to keep up with the demand. He said I would need to wait another 4 1/2 weeks for this process to be completed. I told me no way, just give me my $300 back. He said he would send me a check and still nothing. I have called, emailed, text...no sign of the scammer. I have even stopped by his office and oddly he is never there. HMMMM....I am going to pursure legal action against him and make him pay. If anyone else has had problems with this guy let me know.

I also know hes a big liar because when he told me he was backed up on the tradelines, but when my friend emailed him, Jon said yes we have many tradelines available now! All B***s***!

Jon- I'm not sure what your talking about. I have only filed 1 report on your company last November. Since then, you have reimbursed me the $300. I haven't said anything about your company or updated my post.

I do not understand how this gentleman can be allowed to continually update the bad press about our company even after he was reimbursed and paid in full for his small $300.00 deposit that he made. Not everything works out, especially with those who have had problems with others in the past. It has to be the personality! Thanks Clayton Franks....We are going to file a slander suit.

Our credit business receives alot of calls every day with consumers looking to fix their credit. We have solutions that fit most every situation. Of the hundreds of clients that sign up for these programs we offer, we feel it is very difficult to please everybody. Especially those that have had multiple bad experiences before they contact us.  Luckily, our complainy level is extremely low. In this case, the popularity of this program outweighed the supply of the very specialized primary tradeline products that were needed  to attach to this persons profile in the specified timeframe. We offered a refund to this client and are actually processing the refund. We will make sure it is dated and mailed from our stand alone office on Tuesday (tomorrow). We hold office hours by appointment only and are in the field meeting with customers daily. Please be sure to visit the correct office and call the right phone to schedule appointments. Once again, we apologize to this customer for any inconvenience we created for him.
