Shapely Secrets FITN I cancelled with this company in Jan 2009 over phone; they kept trying to charge my c card and had collection agency send me mail. Van Nuys California

1/26/09 I ordered the initial Shapely Secrets and my credit card was charged $55.23. I had 30 days to cancel future shipments of vitamins - I called the customer service number within the timeframe and cancelled over the phone. My credit card# had changed and they kept sending me notices that I needed to call them to give them a new credit card # so they could continue charging it. I called them again to let them know that I had cancelled already - there was no need to give them a new credit card #. They said everything was cancelled.

I received no mail from Shapely Secrets at all from February to current date.

May 16, 2009 I received a note from RMCP Collection Agency asking for $52.95 on behalf of Shapely Secrets that I owe them and that the credit card they had is no longer valid. This is just another attempt of that company to continue to get money. I am disputing this with this collection agency since I don't owe Shapely Secrets anything.

I have bank records to substantiate my claims.
