David Le, Santiago Calderon, Sharat (((REDACTED))), Damon Gibson and the Sushi Bar on N. Padre Island - they should paid for rip off by Coastal Enthusiast and or Texas Enthusiast Magazine. If you got ripped off by Damon Gibson, his partner is involved in the Susshi Bar on north padre island - they are doing well and you can get paid by them. Sushi Bar 15121 S Padre Island Dr Corpus Christi, TX 78418 There was an articla in the Corpus Christi Business Journal by Krystal Aeby suggusting what a great person Sharat (((REDACTED))) is - she didn't mention his involvement with the rip off king Damon Gibson and the bad business of the Coastal Enthusiast Magazine. Hey but since he's doing so great - there must be money to cover his previous fraud. David Le is the partner with Sharat (((REDACTED))), he must know that the Coastal Enthusiast stole money from 100s of businesses in the Coastal bend. He is a family man - wife two kids, but must think dishonest business is ok. Also, there is a new partner / owner of the Coastal Enthusiast or Texas Enthusiast - Santiago Calderon - what ever it is today - here is some info on him. A traffic stop late Thursday night resulted in the arrest of a convicted felon on firearm charges. Corpus Christi police stopped Santiago Calderon, 38, on the 2200 block of Flour Bluff Drive before midnight. According to police, the officer saw the driver stashing or reaching for something under the seat. The officer recovered a loaded handgun from under the seat. Calderon, who served time in prison previously for the sale and manufacturing of drugs and had at least one federal weapons charge, is in Nueces County jail on a unlawful carrying of a firearm charge on a $15,000 bond. If your business was a victim of the coastal enthusiast, call Sharat (((REDACTED))) or talk to David Le at the Sushi Bar at 361-949-8888 and see if they can paid you for the money you and your family lost. Maybe call Corpus Christi Business Journal by Krystal Aeby 361-886-3676 and ask her why she didn't mention the Coastal Enthusiast when praising Sharat (((REDACTED))). Dishonest businesses bring Corpus Christi Texas down. Ex - Sushi Bar Regular Corpus Christi / North Padre, Texas

Incorrect information regarding relationships mentioned in complaint.
AUTHOR: David Le - (U.S.A.)

Let me begin by apologizing for your unfortunate experience with the Texas Enthusiast magazine.Any business that is lead by dishonest and unfair principle always creates an unwanted negative energy that most often manifests into more negative situations. A perfect example of this, is the recent complaint I'm now rebutting to. The complaint states that my creative partner Sharat (((REDACTED))) was in a previous partnership with the Texas Enthusiast magazine. This statement is completely false partially due to the simple fact that Sharat simply "worked" for the magazine as a freelance photographer/graphic designer. Sharat as a "freelancer" had some unfortunate experience with the magazine as well, and will surely elaborate on the details on his own rebuttal (if he chooses to) in order to clarify these misleading accusations that have been made. I will continue to say for the record me and my wife who own Sushibar, have no affiliation or business relation with the owners of Texas Enthusiast magazine. I've met Damon Gibson a few times at several restaurants, as far as Santiago Calderon, I dont know who he is. My creative partner Sharat (((REDACTED))) has not worked for the Texas Enthusiast Magazine for way over a year now, and when he did only made creative contribution through photography/graphic design. It is also very unfair that his name and for some ridiculous reason, my name (along with my family's name ) have been brought into these serious accusations. We totally understand that this particuliar individual is very upset with the wrong doings he/she has experienced with this magazine (who wouldn't be), however it is also very apparent that he/she has been mis-informed. I'm sure this person read the long article in the business journal that Krystal Aeby worked extremely hard on, and for some reason or the other, in their own mind based on their bad experience, put two and two together. In a much deserved defense, allow me to put two and two together. The truth is we are simply two young creative individuals who care about our city dearly, and whose intention is nothing less than growing our city in a positive direction! I will end by saying that I hope this rebuttal has cleared up any confusion this individual has experienced, and invite this individual back to Sushibar to be with us once again! If anyone needs further explanation or has any questions what so ever please do not hesitate to call us at 361.949.8888. We'd love to talk with you! Once again on the behalf of Sushibar we apologize for this huge confusion! Visit us at www.sushibar.tv to stay up with all of Sushibar's updates. I'm Sharat (((REDACTED))). I do marketing and photography for a living in Corpus Christi, Texas. I'm also a creative partner with SUSHIBAR (www.sushibar.tv). I worked as a freelancer for Texas Coastal Enthusiast Magazine (www.txenthusiast.com) from June 05 through December 07. I took photographs and designed advertisements for the publication. I dealt directly with many of the magazine's clients strictly on a creative basis. I still maintain working relationships with several of the business owners and personalities I met working for the magazine. I've been working exclusively with David Le and SUSHIBAR since the day I stopped freelancing for Enthusiast Magazine. My business partner, David Le does not have any affiliation with Enthusiast Magazine or it's owner Damon Gibson. I have not kept in touch with Damon or know of his current situation. I've never met or know anything about Santiago Calderon. Again... I worked as a FREELANCE photographer and graphic designer for Damon Gibson and Enthusiast Magazine. This was ONLY a production gig as I had no involvement in the magazine or further involvement with Damon Gibson or his business practices. I just took photos and made ads for his magazine, yo!
