I own an online store. I opened it about 2 month ago.
I paid these guys $550 for the software and plus $100 for the deposit.
It has been almost a month, I have now 92 affiliates with zero sales so far, only several hits a day from the affiliates.
Oh, when I say 92 affiliates, they are mostly (90%) from India with discount coupon websites.
Then I decided to cancel my account. I e-mailed them 5-6 times. Believe or not they have not responded me so far about the "refund". Just one e-mail from a gal called Kristen Gajda about what should I do more, how can they perform some kind of diagnostic for me, blah blah.
Stay away from Shareasale, I was so stupid that I paid them $650.
Tip for consumers: be smart, you do not have to pay $650 when you have other free options

We're here to help

We've responded several times to try to help you. The truth of the matter is that it takes a lot longer to grow an Affiliate Program than 1 month. I noted that you said you only launched your online business 2 months ago - I suggest having a little more patience when you are looking for Affiliates who are going to spend their time writing up blog posts and promoting you. It will simply take more time than 1 month, if you'd like us to try to help - we've offered many times with your emails.
