Evidently this company got me too.
They emailed that they had shipped my DVD/VCR recorder on 1/3/04 and its now the 20th. They won't answer emails and the phone is busy or off the hook. They also debited my account for the $176.00 on 1/3/04.
Funny they sure answered the phone back at Christmas when everyone was trying to place orders.

on 1/20/04 I sent 3 emails requesting information on the shipment of my DVD/VCR which they had charged my Visa Debit for on 1/3/04.
No response. In the 3rd email, I informed them they had been listed here at www.ripoffreports.com and that if I did not receive a response or refund within 12 hours I would report them to the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
No answer to any email and their phone is still giving a busy signal.
I have now reported them to the FBI IFCC and also notified my bank of the fraudulant debit for an Item that was never sent. Today on their webpage, there is a new button for "StormPay" to pay with a visa. If you click on this button the message "The Person you intend to pay did not supply a valid e-mail as the Payee Email! Please check with your Site Admiistrator"
HELLO!!!...wish I'd got that message a month ago. Also, their checkout cart doesn't work now so I figure they've moved to a new website to setup and do it again!!
