I ORDERED 2 OF THE PLAYSTATIONS THEY ADVERTISED AS AN AFTER CHRISTMAS SPECIAL WITH 2 GAMES CONTROLLER AND MEMORY CARD AND THEY WERE EACH 84.95 PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDELING AND I HAVE WRITTEN NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED RESPONSE NOR HAVE I RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE.

I WOULD LIKE TO REALLY HAVE THE MERCHANDISE BUT IF I CAN'T HAVE IT I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN BUY A PLAYSTATION FOR THE CHILD THAT THIS WAS MEANT FOR CHRISTMAS. SO AS YOU KNOW KNOW THE CHILD DID NOT GET WHAT HE WAS EXPECTING FOR CHRISTMAS IT IS SAD THAT YOU TRY TO TRUST PEOPLE AND YOU CAN'T ANYMORE SO PLEASE SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP ME RESOLVE THIS.

It sounds like the number you have posted did not give you the results expected, so I have other contacts, which might help.

IF you purchased this product through your credit card, you might inform them of the situation. They can dispute the charges for you, if you just wanted a full refund, to move on.

I've been to the site. They've been around since 1999. They make a number of product claims, offer support for repairs, and product assembly assistance. In all of their guarantees there is not mention of support given for those, who simply did not receive the paid-for/ordered product. They do say to mail back defective products insured, because they do not support shipping losses. This still does not apply to your situation.

You might just consider collecting a refund. IF you try and wait for another order, you risk going through all of this again. It's your decision.

There are serious consequences when purchasing from an unlicensed corporation. It is possible, sharebuyers.com is operating without the necessary license. I do not know this for a fact, but just wanted to warn you.

This might not lead you directly to the person with authority to grant refunds, but it's a start. From here you can ask them to give you the rest. They might also spit out that sales number, that you already posted.

I have not tried any of this contact information.

I never saw the Florida address posted anywhere, so it must be new or outdated, hard to tell.

It sounds like you have already called their customer support number, and done all that you can. You never received what you paid for and they don't denigh it. You might consider having your credit card dispute the charges for you. Give them all of this contact information. They have departments that specialize in resolving these problems.

Don't take too long becaue based on this sites information, you are in a possible 30 to 90 day time frame. When you go past 90 days, the situation might become more difficult. Even better, call your credit card, and clearly tell them the start date of the initial purchase.

Make it very clear this business is NOT authorized to place any other charges on your account, and for peace of mind, I would change the account number. Remind them of the time frame, and see if they can give you a rough estimate on the amount of time before you receive your refund or account credited.

Well, I wish I had more contact information, but there is not a lot out there, on this company.
