Shark Mining Bizon Tech Selling lemons, promised tech support which doesn't exist Sunnyvale California

I order two Shark GPU Mining rigs for a total of $11,158. They promised plug and play functionality and tech support. Their promises of tech support are advertised prominently on their website, but said tech support does not exist. 

The rigs were delivered two weeks later. 
They were not packaged in anti-static, and arrived damaged. Some of the parts used were not new, and rather old. The assembely was amateurish, and many parts did not even fit together.
One worked for a day then died, the other does not work properly at all. 

I have called tech support 15+ times, and have emailed them at least five times, I have yet to recieve any response. I have asked for a refund, and again - zero response. It's as if their customers stop existing the second they get their package.

These people essentially took $11k from me and sent me junk computer equipment.
