Sharp Ress-Stealy Medical Group Urgent care cost Coded Higher Possible according to Doctor Friend La Mesa California

On April 6, I was having some sinus issue so I contacted my AETNA insurance to find out who cooperated with them in LaMesa.  They gave me Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group in LaMesa CA. They told me I would just have the $30 copay as Sharp was part of the system.  I made appoint.  Met nurse then Doctor Kianoush Javaheri MD.  He prescribe an inhaler.  In May, I receive a bill for $105.27.  I called them up to ask why the added charge and they told me that they would review bill and get back to me.  I continued to receive bill and again in August called to see if they have review it.  The person said she would put in a request again.  My doctor friend looked at the billing code and told me they put in in the highest billing code bracket.  I received a final notice 11/14/15 to pay the $105.27.  12/2/15 I called Sharp on billing, they said it was reviewed and no changes would be made and that a letter was sent to me in August explain that which I never received.  I totally dont understand any of this and am very Dissatisfied with SHARP.  The total bill Was $182  $30 paid by credit card and $46.73 by my insurance (contract adjustment)  Code was 99202.  If someone can explain so I understand why the addidtional charge, I would appreciate it.  Sharp is no help.
