Horrible company, never contacted me to send refund and when i contacted them, they sent me a partial refund when their product electric shocked my face while using! They said they will call me with new gift card and never did! They keep procrastinating when all i want to do is CUT ALL TIES with them!! I wish i never dealt with them.

I'm still waiting after months for this nightmare to end so i can purchase another one their horrible over priced items to be finished with them for good, since they won't give me a full refund back to my card! I would never recommend this company to anyone management is horrible also! This has been going on since 2019!!!! You want good and good priced items go to AMAZON! Sharper image should be called DULLER IMAGE!
