Sharper Impressions Painting on their webpage state: "Our house painting estimates are so accurate that we will never bill you for more than the contracted price".

These guys came out to paint my interior - they preped on the Thursday and painted on Friday. I got a call 3pm on Friday from Jay Willard the Atlanta District Manager telling me that he was very embarrased but had to ask me to pay extra due to his sub calling and stating that the walls needed additional coats as they looked terrible.

The real problem turned out to be the "Porter Paint" they used was not matched correctly to the BEHR paint color I had chosen. They tried to blame it on the previous color of my walls which they did not prime but painted over directly. After trying multiple coats of the Porter Paint they had chosen to use "which I had to pay extra for", they finally bought the BEHR paint which covered the wall perfectly. Problem landed up being them not using the correct colors and the paint used could not cover the original paint properly. They still have not refunded me the extra money knowing that the mistake was theirs and going back on their advertised quote. Very unethical. I read a very interesting report on this website from one of their subs - it explained a lot about how they do business. I would not recommend these guys to anybody.

They also did the Exterior of my house - I am still trying to get them to restore all of my security sensor lights and some of my window frames and screens to their original condition - They spray painted thru my screens - over some of my frames and all over my light fixtures. They have still not fixed this.

If anybody is looking at this b/c they are trying to assess whether to use these guys - PAY ATTENTION - they are a rip off. They quoted me one coat of paint for my outside trim. Problem is, they sprayed the entire house first in the main gray color and then used the white paint for the trim. Now I get to look at trim that has shades of gray b/c they did not tape and protect the original white trim. I'm worse off now than before they painted regarding my trim.

They are a National Company that bids jobs then subs them out - You would not know this by reading their web site or by the sale pitch you get when the District Manager comes over to work the sale. I have been dealing with them at the National Level to try and rectify all the problems they caused - The issues are still not resolved.
