Shasta Pools Owner Jeff Ast refuses to correct drain problem Phoenix Arizona

Shasta had installed two drains in my pool a main drain and a safety drain. the building plans call for all 2 inch piping but the safety drain has 3/4 inch piping. This in turn the small drain clogs very easy and it is posible for injury or death to occur if the problem is not fixed. Sales person Tom J. with Shasta said this was constructed wrong and they would fix it for free if I gave them $7K to replaster my pool. going rate is about $2k.

Owner Jeff Ast says nothing is wrong but will not evan look at it. two other Shasta pools next to me are constructed correctly Jeff Ast will not answer me on why there pools are correct and mine is wrong. Jeff Ast was correct I am 3 months out of date to sue Shasta on the defect and being they are the largest Pool Builder in Arizona they are refusing to make a goodwill jesture to repair the problem.
