My Daughter and I went to the Modeling/Talent class in Ontario, California,on June 28, 2009 (Upon recieving a call from the Shaun Michael Management COmpany, Shaun Michael stated that since her audition 1 year ago in Riverside, California, he wanted to see her again to see if she was ready to audition again, so we wnet to the auditon in the Ontarion, California Office, and Shaun Michael interviewed her and said she was ready for classes. Therefores,my daughter signed the contract and she said that if she worked for him (scouting) he would cut the cost of the classes in half. So she signed the contract and I paid the initial fee of $95 for classes and $100 for photos (which were never taken) since April of 2009 I have been making payments to Shaun Michael for classes and My daughter had been going since April, 2009, every Sunday at 1:00pm with the exceptions of a couple of Sundays where they told here it would be no class ) where Shaun Michael had an office, only to find out that they had fled the office without a trace. There was no forwarding phone number (all had been disconnected) and no forwarding address. Shaun Michael has conned so many young people and thier parents into signning with his Management Company. He leads you to believe that he is doing you a favor by letting you make payments (weekly or monthly) either by cash, credit card, or check. Then he tells you that he doesn't do this for everybody, so he tells the kids not to talk about it to the other classmates. After speaking to a number of other parents we mainly want our files with our kids information.

I want a Refund of $1,315.00 for payments on New York Trip, Classes & photos that were never completed or recieved.

Shaun Michael must give back my daughters file with all her personal information, a refund of $1,315.00, and apologize to my daughter and myself. My daughters self-esteem has gone way down since all of this has happened.
