I bought a brand new car, and the dealer told me the $3,300 warraty was mandatory with my purchase. This included oil changes every 5,000 miles, scotch gaurd protection, paint protection, alarm and alarm services, maitenance and so many free car details. my brakes went out two times within three months of buying the car. the first time they serviced my car without a problem, and then a month later when they went out again (to no fault of my own, they had to be defective) i called the dealership and they did not answer. when i went to the dealership about a week later i found out they went out of bussiness. i called another kia dealership and they said that my warranty would not be honored. And so does this mean i am out of luck because i want my money!

you are probably out of your money. If the place is out of business, there's no money to go after. You could try filing suit against the owner of the dealership, but if the money is gone, its gone.
