Shawn Brennan met me with another of his colleagues, looked me in the eye, took all of my personal financial information with him and falsely reported over the course of 8 months that he was contacting lendors on my behalf.  I received an offer letter from one of my lendors in the mail one day and thought that maybe Shawn had actually done something.  I called the lendor the next week and found out that it was an automatically generated offer letter - he had NEVER contacted my lendor.  He still refuses to return my personal financial information and still will not face me in person.  STAY FAR AWAY from him - he is a fraud.

Here are some emails which led me to believe he was actually doing work on my behalf.  As you read them, it seems like like he acutally doing work.  But he NEVER called any of my lendors, or wrote them 1 letter on my behalf.

I have current comps showing low value to negotiate the second loans in hand.
 
Question for you.
 
What is your ability to make a settlement payment on your second loans? I will shortly be in a position to request payment on these and need to know your capability.

I cannot speak for xxxx, however, I have no idea what representations you were provided when you met with the sales person you originally met with.

Given new federal program guidelines we are focussing on completing your owner occupied property with further follow up on your second home once the primary residence is complete.

As you have been advised, debt collectors will continue to call.

As you have been advised, you can settle the second loans; if you wouldn't mind please advise us of your ability and time line to proceed with settlement payments.

If you have not already done so please forward your 2009 income documents, your January bank information along with your income support.

Your second trust deeds are in collections and have tendered offers for settlement which are being negotiated on your behalf. I believe we can position these lower.
 
I have resubmitted your packages on the first trust deeds as the amended Treasury Program (at March 2010) includes treatment for principle reduction or limited forgiveness of negative equity and past due amounts. Your can look this up on the internet under Treasury Secretary amended programs and testimony before the Senate and TARP Oversight Committee.
 
Any questions on the processing side of the file can be directed to me.
 
As for meetings and other matters please take this up with xxxxx.
 
Frankly the only way to expedite this would be to file a bankruptcy which is beyond the scope of my ability to offer counsel.
