I purchased a monitor from this store, and they told me that I had 90 days to return. When I got it home it didn't work and kept blacking out so the next day I went to return it and I was told that they were unable to give me a refund because they didn't know how, and the store owner had only given 2 refunds in 30 years. I proceed to complain and then they said they would look up to give me a refund in a manual. Then after that they said they would refund me but they would have to take 25% for a restocking fee or if I agree to a store credit I could get the full amount of my purchase back. I have never heard of a business making up rules they this on the fly, nothing about restocking fees are on my receipt or any signs in this shop. Of course I didn't want a store credit because I'm never going to this place again.

I also dislike when people post blatantly false information, especially busineses. The poor quality of customer service shows in your response to a dissatisfied customer. You didn't address my issue at all, way to take responsibilty Shoddy Shawnee. I should have known better than to go to a tech shop who's website looks like it was put together by 3rd graders. http://www.shawneecomputer.com/

Well that's easy, they're the ONLY store in the area.

I hate when people give blatant false info. Shawnee computer has always given a 30 day on new items before you have to deal with the company warranty except for our custom builds which carry a 1 year warranty and free labor on upgrades for life (we have done that for 31 yrs). User installed parts carry 48 hours due to the nature of electronics and end user practises.
The signs are posted in our store and are quite visable as well as the part about no reciepts and we do not offer cash backs but do offer credit slips due to those that like to buy items when they need them and then return them when done (we're not Walmart and cannot survive under the Walmart mentality of the area). We tell folks that when they buy from us.
We live by real computer users and builders or those that need help. We work for companies in multiple states as well as local cites and businesses, We would never have done all we have by acting as this person has said. Come in any time and see for yourself.
