A liar, thief, and blackmailer!!
In May 2006, I won an auction from this seller. Over the next 2 MONTHS, she sent me the wrong jeans TWICE. After I returned the second (wrong) pair, whe finally agreed to a refund -- of only the purchase price, not the exorbitant shipping, despite the fact that it was her mistake. She set my Paypal refund as a "new payment" instead as a refund -- RED FLAG! Just before the 45 day fililng the dealine, she then files a fraudulent claim, saying that someone hacked her account to send me the refund! Paypal, dismissed her claim, so then she files with SquareTrade, threatening to chargeback the refund unless I withdraw the negative feedback I finally left her (i.e., extortion). She claims that I need signature confirmation that she personally accepted the returned jeans, or the credit card will take back my refund!
AVOID THIS WOMAN AT ALL COSTS!!

If she has not done her little ditty, file a not as advertised dispute with paypal.
If you have the reciept where you sent her the jeans, KEEP IT! Contact the postal investigator and tell her what she is claiming.
Inform her that it is a FELONY offense to f*ck around with the mail (saying she never got a package that was delivered)
Also save her emails.
I would NOT refund her money (and kudos to you for leaving negative feedback for her).
If her cc does a chargeback (NOT LIKELY) then that too is FRAUD and paypal can give you @ the very least the name of the credit card company. It would be worth the price of the jeans to see her sitting in jail or at the very least going in front of the judge to explain why she LIED to the post master and committed fraud against her credit card company.
I dont think she will get in a pissing match with you on this one.
Just be sure to have ALL of your reciepts and emails and tell her EXACTLY what you plan to do...I would bet you dollars to donuts with a name like "shaneequaka" (I am NOT a racist, I discriminate/prejudge against trailer trash too!), I am sure that the last thing she wants to do is get her name caught up in the legal system (again!)
