In July my wife and I ordered a Gazebo for aprox $3500 from Sheds and More. They requested $500 deposit. No problem. We live in the Buffalo Area in the summers and requested that the shed be delivered at the end of September, 1st week of October at the latest. When we returned Sept 21st, we called . 1st response was.. "We have lost one of our trucks and it will be at least a week", ok we said, then no call. we called a week later. They said the Gazebo was in "weathered shape and needs to be painted" we said FINE! 4 weeks go by. We call no call back no delivery.. We drove out there and saw the Gazebo sitting there and it looked like it hadnt been painted.. Without going through an argument we called to dispute our credit card. Here is what they do!! They claim WE canceled the order, and claim their is a disclaimer that states when (customer) cancels the order they get the 500 dollars free and clear. SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING! this is FRAUD, we will get our $500 back gauranteed but I have to tell you it is a scam they are playing! I have a letter from the owner who has never once called or spoken to my wife and I full of inaccurate dates and LIES.. This is more frustartion than it is worth!! Stay Away from Lisa GIST

Air conditioner has been fixed 4 times and replaced by the Builder and his subcontractor the wall has been repaired my cost 2xs the flooring has been repaired at my cost and I replaced several breakers at my cost. the refrigerator has been replaced by by the Builder. the wall was not deemed to have structural issues per home inspection but was repaired my cost and without any help from the contractor or returned calls.. the bathroom plumbing works must run water through the line per plumbers recomendation when leaving for extendEd periods of time... the final reason I was given 3 years ago was the line to the house was not tightened properly causing these issues. they have been since addressed by either ourselves alone or the Builder. . none of this would be an issue if they choose to return calls!!
