Sheehy Ford Does It Again ripoff Marlow Heights Maryland

I have always have my car serviced at Sheehy Ford because I believe that I was getting great service at that time. They would call me and tell if it needed something and I was use to that type of service from them. Well I had my car's serviced at Sheehy that encluded Oil change, transmission oil change and service with complete lube. I travel a great deal So I don't always have to the time to do the required things to my car so I look for Sheehy to do them.

In July 2004, as I was driving down the road, my car suddenly died. Being concerned I checked the fuilds only to find that my car didn't have any oil in it. Needless to say that I was quiet upset. Granted it had been some months since Sheehy had changed the oil but my car had been in there a couple of weeks prior to it dying for other checks.

I was told by Courtney Malloy that my oil had evaporated or me not changing the oil in those months caused my engine to freeze up. This is quite funny to me as I didn't know that Oil evaporated and that by not changing oil would cause it to freeze. My car had no oil leaks, and didn't burn any oil. Where did the oil go. Hum, they charge me $5,300.00 for a new engine that I didn't think I should have to pay for negilence on there part. Mr. Courtney Malloy went on to say that they had high priced attornies so if I wanted to file suit they had never lost.

Well I have filed suit because I believe they were responsible for the care of my car as it was place in there hands for service, so apparently they didn't do a good while it was in there care. After I paid for the new engine I found a lot of damage to my car. I will not take it back to Sheehy again out of fear that I will get substandard work performed. One of the important pieces they forgot to reconnect was the support beam under the car that keeps it stable and as far as the crowl and other damage, I could have done a better job myself taking it apart. They are suppose to have the right tools for the job. I agree Courtney Malloy should lose his job.
