I went to Sheehy Honda to get my tire pressure checked and my tires rotated. I made that VERY clear when they asked what I had brought the car in for. I also asked if they could mount my front license plate for me, which the woman helping me said would most likely be free since that was an easy thing for them to do.
My bill came out to $240. They charged me $40 to mount my license plate, literally charging me for the plaque around my plate to advertise sheehy honda on my car. They also changed every single filter in my vehicle for no reason other than to make a bunch of money off of me. When I called back to ask for a refund for at least the $40 for the plate mounting they refused to offer any help. 0 customer service and work to scam you on every little thing you ask them to help with.

Any and all this work could have been done by a good independent shop! THATS A FACT! The fraud and deception which flourishes on the sales floor has flown into the shop, just like raw sewage on a downhill street! That's the nature of the Sleazy American Car Business and THAT is also a FACT! Find yourself a good independent shop and do business there. You will find better customer service and no price gouging like the slime at this dealership did! Remember...you DO NOT need to go to ANY dealer to get your service work done. If you do, you are opening yourself up to all types of fraud and price gouging. Find and patronize a good independent shop!
