SHEER COVER-GUNTHY RUNKER SHEER COVER FALSELY ADVERTISES! Palm Desert California

I'm extremely upset with the way sheer cover does business. I had been wanting to buy either sheer cover or bare minerals for awhile and could not resist after seeing an infomercial for Sheer cover. The commercial advertised to try the product for $9.95 so i called, ordered and had it within days. About a month after ordering i saw a 30 dollar charge from sheercover/gunthy runker. I figured i was entered into some membership that would send me a new shipment every month, which was fine because i loved the product. I waited for about two weeks after the payment was deducted and wondered why my product had not come yet so i called the company to figure out why. I was told that since my boyfriend (who paid for it on his debit card, we have a joint account) had not paid for a previous charge of another product from gunthy runker product i would not able to recieve any more shipments. But that was not the only problem! The 30 dollar charge was not for a new shipment! The woman had explained that when i ordered the 9.95 offer to try it, thats exactly what it was. I was in no way suppose to keep it until i had paid off the $107.00 price tag which i was doing with the 30 dollar payments!! I dont understand first of all how they cant ship anymore products to my house but yet sent this intial product. Second there was no kind of paper or information that stated that i would be liable to pay the full 107 dollar price tag of the make up if not returned promptly and if i didnt like it. Who would be dumb enough to knowingly order make up that is over 107 dollars when its blatanly advertised for an "introductory price of 9.95". The representative stated that i was able to return the product, used or not to get a refund but im sure that i will not be getting my money back what so over. While the representative and i were arguing over the phone i was the one asking if i could return it and she was just so rude and laid back "sure mam" she said, but im sure she was not willing to tell me that unless i asked. I am HIGHLY disappointed with sheer cover and would rather go buy a kit of bare minerals from Sephora for 60 dollars then be ripped off by gunthy runker ever again!
