shellco credit system I paid them and they didn't submit my paint to credit office . Actually i dont really know why i paid . the rental real-estate said that i left a garbage in the unit .and they told me to pay around $600 . ottawa ontario

Its a bout 5 years a go. shortly , i got  a call from shellco and the first call the guy yeeled on me and i dont know who was and what was the company name , directely said when a sked hoim what was this money for , he said directly ,eihhhh yo left a garbage in the unit . i was nw in the contry and i dint understant very well english and i was worried a lot. So I decided after 3 to 4 month to pay after they reduce the amount a bit. today feb 20 2015 , after appplying for mortgage i was suroreised that this collection still on my file . I called Shelco and the same guy said : eh mourad i remmember you , you are an a*s. i dont care about you. i called again and he yeilled ++++and he said i DONT CAAAAAARE.

So i called equifax and they said they will investigate and it can takes to 20 days . i said whats happened if shelco say that i didnt pay ,they sais its my problem with them . i lost my proof of payement , so now i dont know whst to do .and how to get my dignity back.sorry my english is bad but hoppely you undrestant wht I;m saying.
