Shelly Sanders ripped us off for almost $300 for pool service then goes online to malign us. 

This woman was a complete nightmare B from day 1 when we went to the house they were renting out in Yorba Linda all she did was complain about the previous pool service, we should have declined service and passed.  Instead, we serviced the pool weekly never missing a visit, we sent our monthly bills in a timely manner and were stiffed in the end.  Many of our visits the pool was low on water causing the pool pump to overheat and run dry, on two occasions the pump baskets melted.  We replaced them and charged her for the replacement baskets, apparently she thinks this is an insurance policy and she shouldn't have to pay for these either. Another call from this woman was because her pool automation temperature sensor had shorted and was reading 160 degrees, well Shelly, this is collateral damage from not adding water to YOUR pool!!   Of course now we are the worst pool service she had according to her, same thing she said about her previous service.  The common denominator is YOU Shelly Sanders.  We terminated her service have blocked her emails as we wish not to do any further work for this nightmare.  She stiffed us then writes false defamatory reviews on our company.  She complains we do not add water to the pool which is the owner and renters job.  Our website clearly states we do not add water.  It is not our job and it is an insurance liability, additionally we are at the house only 30 minutes per week, not long enough to add water.  Now it's clear why the previous service is no longer cleaning the pool.  Shelly Sanders nitwit extraordinaire suggest our reviews are staged.   You know nothing about the Internet and the ip tracking software sites such as yelp use which prevent people from writing their own reviews.  She then goes on to state we have an F rating with the BBB, FALSE!  She claims we just quit without fixing her issues.  Shelly Sanders we do not do unauthorized work, we are not responsible for adding water, we are not responsible to any damage to pool equipment due to low water levels.  We can quit anytime we want.  We dont want you as a customer. We don't work for free!!   We are out almost $300. 

A customer who doesn't pay is not a customer, a customer who doesn't pay is a THIEF!
