On May 29 I placed an order with dfash.com. I paid with cash using Western Union. I verified they received my money through email and they said they did receive my money. They told me to be patient and they gave me a tracking number RI488726808CN. Verifying the tracking number with USPS after weeks of watching a package it was mailed to NJ then GA and then it was returned back to the company in China due to a faulty address. A package was sent to Carl Huber in GA. I live in Peoria, AZ. I have sent numerous emails to this company to let them know that I want a refund or I want my laptop that I paid for, which is a new Dell Precision M3800 Laptop to be sent overnight to my door with my full address. My order number is 20150529002057.
They refuse to admit their error or respond by email. I have asked for the phone number to their company and to speak to the owner of the company. They refuse to respond. They refuse to return my cash of $490.70 and they refuse to send my laptop. This company needs to give me my money back and their website dfash.com needs to be shut down today!
They are stealing and is fraud and needs to be shut down immediately and taken to jail!
