I have ordered for a PCB to Shenzhen Hongtai Technology Electronic Co., Ltd. in China. They got 400$ in upfront and took order. After a week time, they simply sending me email that, they couldn't purchase components for PCB stating that it is banned in China, but it is not true. By 9th day, they asked me to change the design of PCB. I just asked to refund the money, but they are just dragging things without refunding, saying - "Our account manager is not here, you will receive in 2 days" This company is simply a fraudster PCB company from china.
