We are an importer and distributor from Indonesia.
in 2012 to 2013 we bought some aquarium leds from Shenzhen houyi company, they promised 1 year warranty and availability of spare parts for the future.
our customer trust us, as a reputable company, so they bought the houyi aqaurium led from us with 1 year warranty,
under 1 year, we got 5 customers complained about the burnt circuit because of the loose screw on the transistor with the heat sink.
as we promied our customers the 1 year warranty, we directly replace the whole circuit by took another new circuit from the new unit, so all the customers are satisfied, in hoping we will get the replacement circuit from houyi later...
but now in 2016, when we asked the replacement circuits, they said they do not have any replacement parts anymore, because the old models are replace with new models..
so we have 3 pcs of aquarium led in new condition but cannot sell it, because there is no circuit in it..
