Shenzhen Welte Technology CO; LTD and Grace Chen Company sent me shoddy samples (failed to meet quality standards) and refused to return down payment. Shenzhen Buji, Longgang Dist

The company, through Grace Chen (she was my contact) said they could provide me with a customized version of a Bluetooth speaker that they said they produced. In retrospect, I am not sure the company actually produces the speakers. The very first sample they sent me did not function as advertised, but I thought it was just an exception, and not the rule, because they showed me videos of a similar version working perfectly. I was more concerned with seeing if the customized sample would work properly. I sent the company $3,000 as a 50% down payment on an order. They took almost four months to deliver two malfunctioning customized samples, and they did not properly complete the customization (See photos). If the company could not produce three good working samples, how could I have them produce thousands of products. They cut off communication when I asked for my money back. I even offered to pay for the malfunctioning samples, but no response. No one from the company will respond to skype or email anymore. This company totally ripped me off of $3,000.
