I found this person on tradekey.com. They added me to msn and we got chatting. They had a very realistic website that he sent me www.83shopping.com. They said we accept western union, moneygram and wire transfer. He said you can use western union (very wrong decision) and we can do a 50/50 COD. I sent the payment and received a tracking number the next day. I waited on the item and nothing arrived for a long time. I checked the tracking number the other day and it was delivered to someone else in the USA and not Canada. I emailed the seller with no response and also noticed that he had changed his contact information on the website www.83shopping.com. I questioned it and he was like ohh I have to check into this. I told him in my email that the item has arrived not with myself or even in the same country. He said I will check into it. No response since. He came onto msn once and I asked again and he just went offline. I called his number and he picked up and seemed very shocked. I told him it has not arrived and I want it resolving asap. He was very abusive and hung up telling me his was in a meeting at 3am in the morning his time haha. Luckily it was not alot that I lost but it is principle. All it takes is 10 a day and they are on good salaries commiting fraud that they are getting away with. I will keep pursuing this person and updating this report. It is one thing for it to be a mistake which it isnt but it is another to get scammed, shouted at down the phone and then ignored. I will stop this guy and wanted to alert everyone else about them.
