Jennifer DeVitt breeds German Shepherds untill they get sick. One of her dog named Willow was bred when she was only 8 months old She then bred the same young dog again for a litter of 11 puppies but this time the dog was not able to make it and required a c-section, which caused her to be unbreedable. Now she has another dog, which was bred at 11 months of age. She does not care about the dogs, she is there only for the money. German shepherds should not be bred untill they are about 2 years old, when  they are fully grown. Do not buy any puppies from this breeder, she doesn't even know the bloodlines of these dogs nor did the mother of the puppies have her hips checked. She sells them for $800 without any papers, no pedigree, no knowledge of the bloodlines. Puppies born to such young femsles will have genetic and developemental problems.
