Shepherdsvonsauer.com I paid in full for a German Shepherd. The next thing I knew I was getting a phone call from Joey who had taken the puppy to the emergency hospital and told them the puppy had Parvovirus and told me if I wanted it treated I would have to pay for it. His website clearly states you wii get a puppy with a clean bill of health. When I told him that he said he would just take it home and it would be in God's hands. The vet told me the puppy was very sick. San Antonio Texas

I purchased a puppy from Joey at Shepherdsauer.com. To date I have no invoice, no AKC registration, no prenvious vet visits. I was called by Joey from the vet emergency room after he had told the staff there the puppy had parvovirus and wanted me to pay for it or he would just take the puppy home and leave it to God. His website says his puppies would be be given with a clean bill of health. My bill came to $4500.00. I had to take out a loan.
The puppy nearly died and after 3 weeks at home remain anemic and ill to the degree she cannot have vaccinations so at 3 mos her feet have not touched grass nor has anyone been able to visit her. My vet bill continues. Joey rescinded hid offer to hel defray some of the cost and offered to take the puppy (2 of the same litter died) and give me a new one. I guess he would just throw this one in the trash. Are there any animal rights groups out there that can help get this guy to act human?

Paula, I need to find a way to contact you. My name is Marysol F**** and we are the other family besides Tammy who have been ripped off by Joey and Andrea Alaniz. Tammy won her law suit against them and we have filed against their business and each of them as individuals. I am more than happy to have you as a witness and I would suggest that you file against them immediately.
I contacted Joey via text and email today and told him how disgusted I was with him ripping you off and adding to his list of victims. They have got to be stopped. Please read our ripoff reports if you haven't already and know that we are willing to help you as witnesses in court. The puppy he sold to you is probably from the same litter he tried to sell us.
You are a wonderful person to have picked up that sweet puppy. He would have probably just killed it. Please respond. It is our duty as human beings to get these con artists stopped. Let's all work together. We are very lucky to have found each other. I'm sure there are more people that they have ripped off. They are disgusting people and we aren't even close to be done with them. If you are reading this Alaniz'...you already know that we will see you in court and that we will be a thorn in your side for a long a** time. You brought this on yourselves.

I WILL BE UPDATING MY RIP OFF REPORT. I TOOK THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WON MY CASE AGAINST THEM AND THE OTHER FAMILY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT AS WELL. I ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME!
