Lets talk about contracts and simple transactions that you are talking about - I give you $1800 dollars - get no contract - get no verification of vaccinations - get no verification of birth - get no AKC papers and before I hake posession of the puppy, I am called by Mr. Alaniz from the Emergency Vets to tell me the puppy is sick and do I want it treated and I asked to speak to the vet was told the puppy was seriously ill with Parvovirus and would die if it left the hospital. I spoke with Mr. Alaniz and he said if I did not want it treated and to pay for it he would take it home and leave it up to God. I told him his website  states puppies are delivered with a clean bill of healh. I talked with the vet and told him to admit the puppy under my name and to have no further communication, visitation or discharge but to me. Mr. Alaniz became furious he could not participate in the care of the puppy and stated he was goin to go get the puppy as the puppy was not mine yet. I spoke with the hospital and he was refused information and any kind of privilege. He began to call me daily for months. My financial costs have risen to $6000 and has promised many times to be financially and his last offer was to pay me $100 per month for 10 months. At that point I told him not to call, not to wite, not to email that I did not want to talk to at all. I spent 3 months post discharge 24/7 caring for a sick puppy with constant bloody diarrhea and cooking hamburger band rice to induce the puppy to eat. The puppy could not go outside nor could anyone come in the house as the puppy was too sick to be vaccinations and my Vet did not have any records so all had to be done. I am a disabled vet so I was extremely exhausted and Mr. Alaniz calling constantly. After tellin him I did not want to talk to him he began loading my Facebook with pictures od German Shepherd tha Shepherds Von saur liked. Thoug I know that Facebook is a public network I call this harassment as I had told him to get away from me. So nowhere I have Fraud and Harrassment. I do believe it is time for me rot step up and do wat I can for the public's information regarding this couple and their business. I guess I am the most disappointed in Andrea. As I understand it she is a Vet Tech.
