The bottom of the web page for BBG Communications (bbgusa.com) places Sheraton on A List of All of Our Satisfied Customers.  Make no mistake about it:  BBG Communications is a company whose business is deception and theft.  Any company that is a business partner of BBG Communications is a partner in this malicious companys crime.  

If you perform a Google search using BBG along with works like scam and fraud, youll soon find hundreds of accounts of the same shameful story.  Vulnerable and unsuspecting travelers insert credit or debit cards into pay phones at international airports or use credit cards to make calls from hotel rooms with the expectation that they will be charged a rather high yet not entirely unreasonable rate for the calls.  (The phones do not display the cost of calls.)  The caller later finds on his or her credit card charges billed by BBG Communications at a rate roughly 20 to 100 times the expected amount.  Appeals to credit card companies are then generally ignored as these companies tell victims that they consented to the conditions of the calls, despite the fact that the caller is provided with no prior information whatsoever about the costs of the calls and despite the fact that nobody would ever knowingly consent to such absurd charges.

Please dont become a victim of BBGs criminal activity.  Please avoid doing business with Sheraton or with any other company that BBG Communications claims as a business partner.
