i had ordered equinox  day/night serum   along  with rvtl  anti age cream   .  i received the produts  in 14 days.  There was not  a  packing  slip  or order  form or  invoice  showing  the  shipping  chargs  or  company address or phone #  .  there was  a  855-441-7914  or 877-599-2656  but  when  you call  it rings  about  5 times  then   disconnects. 

i waited to see if  I would  get  a invoice  or  something  then i  checked  my bank  , they  had charged  my  acct  for  the rvtl  cream   $93.00      equinox $99.00 .  i  have  since  cancel  my  bank  card  so  they can  not keep charging my card. 

i would love  to be  able to talk  with them  they  were surely get  a big  piece  of  my mind. 

to date  i  have  not  been able  to contact  anyone at Sundown  Labs.   how  can  they  keep moving from town to town and no one  can stop  them???
