Sherman & aaociates Madeline Sherman Don't trust this person. She recommened a builder who stole our money. Internet, Michigan

We went to see Mrs. Sherman at her Flat Rock, Mi office.  We asked her if she knew a good builder who would build a good quality home on time.  She said that Steve Pozzi was a good quality builder who paid his trades on time.  She said he only uses good trades people.  The builder who she strongly recommened stole our money.  We have 8 liens on our property. 

We can't get a new loan because of him.  She defended him during the building process saying he was a good builder.  We gave her pictures months before construction on how we wanted the garage doors to look.  She never gave the builder the pictures.  The builder could not build the arch on the garage doors the way we wanted them.

She statedshe didn't know that Mr. Pozzi didn't have a builders license. Don't trust her if she recommends someone.  Check them out your self.  We trusted her and now we are in deep trouble.  One vendor wants to foreclose on our home.Beware of her advice! The concrete person he hired did a poor job.  We have a cracked garage floor because of him.  She said he was a good trades person. BEWARE!
