Sherrod Williams aka William Williams, is MORE GUILTY of FRAUD & EXTORTION than ever before! He has not taken ANY attempts to prove his legitimacy, contracts with these companies he puports to be able to contract third parties with, & continues to do business illegally in multiple states & engaging in Mail fraud & intrastate fraud.

These 'fluffy' attempts to say 'Sherrod is a nice guy' are transparent attempts to mislead those from THE TOPICS at hand. There are multiple parties contacting us daily with more & more CASES of Fraud & extortion that they have been victim of by this sociopath & liar!

He didn't provide ANY of the tangible contracts & services he promised & continued to lie to get our hard earned money. He sells 'dreams' & promises you 'he's a big player in Hollywood & the Entertainment business', even though he's hiding in a small non-descript apartment in the middle of Florida, with NO business phone, business office, business license or even a business card!  STOP THIS THIEF!

William 'Sherrod' Williams has STILL NOT presented ANY facts to his justification of taking hard working individuals' money - with NO contracts with these major Entertainment entities he claims he has 'deals' with or any real business formation (no office, staff, contracts, office phone/address, incorporation, business license, rating with the Better Business Bureau, etc).

Obviously many others are responding to this report of untold others that have been ripped off by this predator. He never issued a contract with me, & others tell the same tale, of that always is 'coming'....... but NEVER materializes, just like his 'deals'. How do you try to 'sue' someone that has NO business, no business license, no business bank account, no business address & so on?! It would cost me OVER $10k juast to hire an attorney in his area & try to serve him & litigate!  Talk about good money after bad! 

He pays no taxes, has no record of having a business license in the state of Florida, no Florida phone number / land line or business entity in the state. From the sounds of the volumes of others that have contacted me the 'story' is always the same..... he approaches talent, athletes or business people on the rise; promises he's 'somebody' important, he's 'partners' with Richard Williams (who doesn't even 'manage' venus or Serena; & whose mother divorced him for being unfaithful & a philanderer - not exactly a model citizen or businessman) or a host of other 'names', & can 'hook them up' with deals from Universal to Sony to Warner & all sorts of names he has NO contracts with. For an exoribitant cash fee (wired to his or another personal account - with no paperwork) he is promising them 'big things' & that 'they'll blow up' or 'get deals from it', etc.

Again he's had almost A FULL YEAR to present ANY proof of any of this....... no contracts he personally has with ANY of these companies, no business entity / license / bank account / incorporation / office - NOTHING!  Best he can do is get all 'philosophical' on us, naming 'quotes' of credible people he does NOT know & have anonymous 'people' saying he's a 'good guy'. No proof, no legitimacy, NOTHING......... very very sad this person isn't indicted & doing hard prison time for ALL that he's extorted, stolen & manipulated by which seems like hundreds of victims over the last 20 years or more that he's been running these scams & fraudulent activities. The D.A. & Attorney General are investigating him now & real justice will be done.

First and foremost, As the great Mohandas Gandhi once said "An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind". This comment is obviously of a spiteful and vindictive nature. Without presenting any evidence and speaking in that tone, your are obviously emotional and no true professional will consider this testimony. If in fact Sherrod Williams ripped you off, why have you not sued him? Where is your contract? Receipts? You are simply ranting, and ranting is for squealing pigs. I would like to say that I have known Sherrod for over 10 years now. He has introduced me to celebrities, high net worth individuals, invited me to red carpet events, etc. He has done everything in his capacity to perform and honor his word. He can prove who he is and his accomplishments, having heard from Richard Williams himself how he loves Sherrod like a "Son", and never did Sherrod say he was his biological father. This is the greatest tennis coach to ever live expressing his this about Sherrod in my face. So in summary, remove this posting and stop trying to tarnish a man's reputation, credibility, and family name, simply because you don't like him. If in fact you gave him $10,000, then you can afford to hire a lawyer and sue him for the damages caused. You don't have to resort to such immature behavior. May you find the peace and resolution with your endevours.

I would like to make a few comments concerning these allegations on Sherrod Williams aka Williams Williams. First and foremost, I have personally and professionally known Sherrod for over 10 years. I would like to assume I know this individual pretty well. We have been through quite a bit as business associates and friends. It is sad to see how some people find it ok to abuse their freedom of speech. With modern technology and social media advancements, we are simply one button away from ruining someone's name, reputation, credibility, etc. Sherrod has been an honest, kind hearted individual since we first met. He took me to meet Richard Williams several times, and never claimed to be his son. Actually, Richard himself has said Sherrod "is like a son" to me, but never the claim of a biological one. Sherrod has done successful promotional events, invited me to exclusive celebrity events, introduced other influencial parties, and has kept his word and intentions. The comments made here about Sherrod are of a spiteful and vindictive nature. There is no evidence nor reasonable claim to what is said. Just ranting, it sounds like. If in fact Sherrod took $10,000 from you, why have you not filed a civil suit? Let a court of law decide if Sherrod was wrong or not. Also, reveal your identity to allow Sherrod to explain or possibly handle this privately with you. How could you sleep at night knowing you are continuing to cause harm to someone? As the great Dr. King once said, "An eye for an eye leaves us all blind". We should not act on anger nor revenge, as there are actions you cannot take undo. I truly hope Sherrod can recover from this and keep his name from being tarnished as he does not deserve this.

All I can say is that Sherrod presents himself as a man that is selling you a pipe dream and he can actually pull some strings from his exhausted connections (via the Williams family, who probably despises him by now) and make it seem like he did something; but everyone knows you can't become famous or even successful being associated to a "has been" that has no eye for talent, and no REAL (relevant) connections. Not to mention any movie or music act he has his name CREDITED on is a flop, a joke, or not even worth mentioning at a local barbershop. And f it were a real movie, its probably the main reason Blockbuster went out of business! I remember Sherrod offering me money to film MANY "big" movies at my house and even all my neighbors, and NONE of those movies every went into production.

Sherrod Williams will say ANY music or film idea is the next BIG thing to blow up as long as you pay him between $2,500 - $25,000 (depending how desperate he is at that moment), so his credibility in the industry is worth less than the gum on the bottom of his cheap a*s flea market gator shoes.

One thing I can tell you about Sherrod Wiliams is he couldn't represent a monkey at a circus with those cheap a*s $30 outfits that he sadly calls a wardrobe. Any one in the music industry would be laughed at if they are seen walking next to "Sherrod Williams" and his jerry-curls, which along with his wardrobe he refuses to retire.  Sherrod is still stuck in the 70s, and if he wanted to be honest and come forth he should show everyone his real age, cause that is a BIG MYSTERY!

Also if any real deals or opportunities happens while you are with Sherrod or because of him, he will hold up any meetings or progress to extort you for more money. So even if something good can happen... it usually wont!

William 'Sherrod' Williams has not SHOWN ANY PROOF of his innocence in these years of cons & unlawful acts. No proof of his supposed contracts with UNIVERSAL or SONY. No proof of his contracts with major motion pictures. No proof that he EVER executed ANY of these deals my team (as well as a host of discovered other parties) were promised & that we paid him many thousands of dollars to produce. 

His weak claims that 'I'm innocent' & 'he's a good guy' are idle talk from a con man, making NO ATTEMPT to show proof in any of the unlawful & immoral charges brought against him. He is a pathological liar that has stolen from many people, including myself, & is a threat to unsuspecting artists, producers & business people everywhere. We are starting legal prosecution against him, so if that's all he has in his defense, the judge will throw the book at him for his ongoing breaches of contracts & theft of monies from us in the business world.

Do not trust anything this proven thief says.

You STILL have not given PROOF of ONE of these accusations, that are obviously TRUE or they would have been proved wrong! Not ONE Contract proven, not REAL tangible credits presented. Not ONE contract that you or your company has with UNIVERSAL or SONY to offer distribution to third parties. Not ONE Contract or Proof that you have an agreement with any major movies that you can put artists & their music IN the Movie & ON the Movie Soundtracks.

You took our hard earned money with a LOT of fast talk & promises. None of what you promised came true, no refunds, no explanation & no recourse! We are NOT alone, we've spoken to & have another SIX artists & labels that have similar situations of being LIED & RIPPED OFF by you! Sure you just paid your rent, your phone & bought a car WITH OUR MONEY! Because it sure didn't result in any tangible ANYTHING to us. No work, no effort, no results for us for all those THOUSANDS of Dollars paid to you!

We have no vendetta aginst you, JUST NEED TO WARN OTHERS, we are God fearing people & just dislike being lied & taken advantage of. You told us you had major contracts with these major companies & movies. STILL after all this you can't present them & prove you do.

We STATED FACTS, but you have not been able to prove otherwise. It's easy to say 'not me, I'm a good person'......, BUT you haven't backed it up with an ounce of facts. Collectively, we & these SIX other artists/victims are considering taking legal action & suing you for these breaches of contract & seeking damages & a major judgment against you in a court of law! 

You have no active business, no license to do what you do, no office, no business card, no business phone, no website & no proof of contracts requested. NO REASON FOR ANYONE TO TRUST YOU!

First of all I like to start off by saying, I rebuke you Satan.  In the great name of Jesus Christ and all of your wicked and evil ways no weapons formed against me shall prosper.

I am responding to false statement made by a jealous and vindictive person.  This will be my only response to my accuser.

I am an honest and God fairing man, I don’t need added stress in my life.  When I am working on bigger and better things.   I lost my mother and fighting a custody battle to get my child.  That is all the stress I need in my life.

When someone can ruin someone’s name by spreading lies and misinformation on the internet without any proof, it is a sad day indeed.   If you had a real problem why didn’t you contact me directly, you have my number.  You freely posted it on the net for all to see. You show no evidence of misconduct on my part, just lies and more lies.   Why not leave the name of your business or your name, a contract, some documentation that we had any business deal.  This truly shows your pure devilish side.

I think this was situation of pure hate because:

1.)   Is it because I am not turning them on to my contacts and investors in which I'm very connected to?

2.)   Are you someone who is mad because I cut off all business dealings?

3.)   Or mad because I have custody of my child?

4.)   Or is it just plain hate?

Let me answer your complaints:

1.)   I never ever claim to be the son of Richard nor did I ever claim to be his daughter's brother. That is insane!

2.)   All my friends, family, business associates know that I am not related to Richard.   We are close like father and son.

3.)   I have never done a deal without explaining it to my clients.

4.)   I am always honest when it comes to what I do in business.

5.)   Our company, have done so many different deals in the entertainment and corporate world.  It is ridiculous to think that we are preying on young musicians this is laughable.

In closing all comments, statements listed here on this site about me are false.  God is always greater and my friends and associates know better than these are false statements.   If you have questions about me please contact me and don’t listen to this evil and unethical person.

I have a very strong legal team.  I will now begin a full investigation into this slanderous accusation.  This is a FACT you should know:  Defamation may be a criminal or civil charge. It encompasses both written statements, known as libel, and spoken statements, called slander.

The FACTS that Sherrod Williams constantly uses 'Venus & Serena' names to imply that he is related to them or has EVER done any business with them directly is a BIG LIE & FRAUD, but only ONE of the many points in the complaints.

He has STILL never tried to show PROOF of having contracts with UNIVERSAL or SONY, though he 'offers Distribution with these companies' & declares he has the authority to permit unsuspecting third parties that he can allow them to use their TRADEMARKS & LOGOS on their unrelated products is another BIG LIE & FRAUD.

He has ALSO STILL never tried to show PROOF of contracts with these 'major movies' he so-called has the authority to GUARANTEE these preyed on artists that their music 'will appear in the movies & on the subsequent major soundtrack album releases' - another BIG LIE & FRAUD that he has yet to prove. Consistantly NO EFFORT to prove any of these complaints untrue or unfounded.

If he HAD any meanigful credits of substance in the industry, WHY is their NOTHING that shows up on him in a Google search where notable projects would surely show up. He has NO business license, no website, no business phone, no office, no record of ANY credits anywhere online..... BUT claims he has so many 'credits'. Very unprofessional, highly misleading, incredibly unethical & criminal in our case where he didn't produce ANYTHING he claimed. COMPLETE FRAUD. There has been no challenge to ANY of the real complaints here. Pathetic!

I have no idea who this person is that wrote this complaint most likely it is someone who feels that in some way that they were done an injustice by Sherrod however from my personal experience he is not going around claiming to be someone that he isnt he also does not claim to be Richard Williams family he simply states that he has strong ties to the Williams family and that he conducts business with the family this is true i heard it from Mr williams himself I learned great things while attending meetings at the Williams estate  I have also met other great people with Sherrod i saw a film he worked on in blockbuster and it shows clearly in the back that he was the executive producer whoever wrote this article is either verry upset or finds pleasure in writing this and this is not the best way that this should have been handled. 

The rebuttal wasn't even from the offending party. He has made NO ATTEMPTS to show proof of ANY of the ongoing lies, fraud & dillusions he's instigating on unsuspecting talent. So called 'meeting Venus' dad' doesn't solve the issue that he illegally portrays to be their 'brother', 'son' of Richard or his 'Business Manager' of record.

Making NO attempt to show proof of ANY claim is obvious admission of guilt, & has NO answers for claims of fraud, deception & extortion. Con men face severe legal recourse for my band & the dozens of others individuals that also report huge losses from undelivered promises & fraud in similar manners to us. No proof of contracts or anything else have been shown or substantiated.

Next up is litigation, lawsuits & criminal proceedings against this highly unethical, untrusting fraudulent person.

I run a media company in NYC.  I have been doing business with Mr. Williams for a couple of years and he has never deceived our company.  In all the time we have been doing business no one has said anything bad about is business ethics.  I have met Venus and Serenas dad through him.  When i was informed of this report.  I had to come on this site here to defend him from this misinformation.   All the things in this report is false.  If you truly had an issue with his business you could have contacted him and resolve any issue.   I feel that Mr. Williams is well connected and have proven is worth on many of our projects.   I like rip off report but I feel it is too easy to use the site for revenge without actually giving facts....
