sheswigs.com Non-transparent Return Policy & China Return Address for US Purchased Goods Internet

This company is a scam when it comes to presenting and honoring their return policy. Their website clearly states in the first line of the RETURN POLICY: "At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority.” It goes onto explain that wigs should be returned within 7 days of receipt and says nothing about the fact that they will not exchange or refund a wig if the customer is dissatisfied with the color or the style or the fit---only poor quality craftsmanship. This is buried deep within the 5th paragraph of their return policy. WHY would they state at the outset that "your complete satisfaction is our top priority”. It obviously is not! Don’t most people return a wig due to color, style or size not being what they saw depicted online? They wanted me to send pictures of the wig. I did so. Their response was that the wig looked good to them and it was exactly what I ordered! I laughed out loud when I read this. So actually, their return policy should state that their complete satisfaction---not the customers---is their top priority! Also, they have no US return address. I was told I would have to return a $97 wig to China! The Fed Ex cost for me to do so was close to $70.00! Who in their right mind is going to do that? Any reputable wig company posts their address in the CONTACT section of their website and includes a RAF (return authorization form) with the shipped goods which includes their address for returns. Sheswigs.com does neither. My bad for not checking this out before doing business with them. They don’t intend to honor their statement about the customer’s complete satisfaction being their top priority. At the end of the day when I balked at returning the wig to China, they said I could keep it and they would refund me $25 for it. STAY AWAY from doing business with this rip off business. I surely learned the hard way!
