Shield Security Doug Packwood is a fraud San Diego California

Doug Packwood personally hired me without a state licence(guard card).  I worked my first three months at Shield Security, Inc. without a licence.  While employed, I was posted at a hotel (hotel circle) for five months.  The hotel front desk staff repeatedly prank called me on the radio, and a disgruntled night auditor made false statements about me to have me removed.  When I faxed an incident report to the client about harassment, I was immediately terminated. 

Juan Santillana informed me that I was fired for "misconduct."  I was never questioned.  Juan accused me of returning to the hotel after my removal.  I told Juan the report was faxed.  Juan checked the corner of the report, and confirmed it had been faxed.  Juan automatically gave credibility to the night auditor without me having a say.  I reminded Juan that he told me that he wanted to "keep things honest."  Juan rolled his eyes, saying, "They decided." 

I told Doug that I was owed money from my regular hours and overtime(my pay rate was always incorrect).  Doug sneered at me.  I was not paid what I was owed.  After my termination,  three of the client's front desk hotel staff members repeatedly prank called my home for months.  I had to call the phone company and have the hotel front desk phone number blocked from calling my home.  Afterwards, I applied to a state employer. 

Shield Security reported to the state employer that I was terminated for "misconduct."  Shield told the state employer that I returned to the client's property after being removed.  This was false.  I was disqualified from consideration from the state employer.  I called Doug at Shield about the false statements made to the potential employer.  Doug mocked, "I want to wish you well on your future endeavors."

The terminations of Doug Packwood and Juan Santillana at Off Duty Officers, Inc.  is karma.  They are both lowlifes.
